BITSAT stands for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test BITSAT 2018 conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS). It is a university level Entrance examination and gets conducted for admission to UG and PG courses which are available across three campuses of BITS – Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. Where it provides almost 2000 seats in several BE (Hons) courses. The exam is organised at 51 exam cities belonging to India and Dubai.

BITSAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria (Read Full Details)


  • Candidates must have qualified 10+2 from a recognised board.
  • Candidates should have secured 75% marks (aggregate) along with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
  • Candidates secure at least 60% marks in each subject individually.
  • Those candidates who are appearing for 12th board passing the examination in 2018 or who have passed 12th in 2016 are also eligible to appear in BITSAT 2018.

Note: There will be a direct admission (without entrance exam) for board topper.

BITSAT 2018 Application Form


The BITSAT 2018 Application form available will be available on the official website of BITS. Candidates can fill application only thru online mode.

Application Fee Payment: Application fee for male candidates is Rs. 2200 and application fee is Rs. 1700 for female candidates. All candidates can pay their application fee through online as well as offline. For online fee can pay through net banking/debit card/credit card and for offline mode candidates can pay at any branch of ICICI Bank.

BITSAT 2018 Exam Slot Booking


Candidates have to book an exam slot as per their convenience. After confirmation of booking, exam centre and exam date/time cannot be changed.

Note: without booking an exam slot, admit card won’t be issued.

BITSAT 2018 Admit Card


BITSAT 2018 Admit Card will be available on BITS official website candidates need to download their admit card. BITS will not send hall ticket by the post office and without admit, card candidates will not enter into examination centre.

BITSAT 2018 Cut Off


The cut off is the minimum marks of any examination, obtained by selected candidates to be eligible for counselling. A merit list will be ready on the basis of candidates performance.

BITSAT 2018 Result


BITSAT 2018 result will be released by BITS and result will be available on the official website. Candidates can check their BITSAT Result 2018 by entering their application number and password. BITS will be published the admit list and wait list; admit list consists the names of those candidates who have been shortlisted for the admission process.

BITSAT 2018 Counselling


Counselling process will be held for BITS campuses (Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad). Those candidates who have gained higher ranks will be invited to attend the first round of counselling. Here three rounds of counselling happen.
