Admission Process


For UG Courses

The admission process will be done on the basis of merit list as decided by the Entrance Test. If tie situation will comes that means two or more students obtain the same marks, the elder in age will be considered for admission.

For PG Courses

For MBA Programme

Eligibility criteria for REVA University UG Admission 2017


For B.Tech Programme (All Groups)

Students must be passed in PUC / 10+2 examination along with Physics and Mathematics as necessary subjects with one of the Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Electronics / Technical Vocational subjects and secured minimum of 45% marks (40% Marks for SC/ST category) of any recognized Board by the particular Central Government or State Governments /any other qualification recognized as equivalent.

If lateral entry, candidate must acquire good score in REVA University Engineering Entrance Test (REVA EET) or COMED-K/ CET or any other examination equivalent to same examination organized by recognized colleges/Institute / Agency.

For B.Arch


Candidate must have passed in PUC/ 10+2 / Pre-University Program or equivalent along with at least of 50% of marks aggregate and has Mathematics and English subjects compulsorily.

Applicants, who have qualified 10+3 Diploma (Civil, Architecture, and Interior design) or any other equivalent recognized by the Central Governments/ State with at least of 50% aggregate marks or hold International Baccalaureate Diploma, after qualifying 10 years of schooling with minimum of 50% marks and along with Mathematics as an important subject of examination, are also eligible to apply.

Applicants should have passed certificate in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA 2017) organized by Council of Architecture thru academic unit National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) with minimum 40%  marks(NATA regulation)

For B. Com. Industry Integrated


Applicants must have qualified PUC / 10+2 of any recognized Board or any other qualification recognized organization as equivalent there.

For BBA Industry Integrated


Applicants, who have passed PUC / 10+2 of any recognized Board / Council or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply.

For BCA


Applicants should be qualified in PUC/10+2 with minimum 45% marks (40% if candidate belonging to SC/ST category) of any recognized Board or any other qualification recognized as equivalent same to.

For BA LLB/BBA LLB


Candidates should have qualified PUC or Senior Secondary School (‘10+2’) or equivalent from a recognized Board of India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or any equivalent, recognized by the Union or State Government with score minimum aggregate of 45% (40% if SC/ST) of the total marks.

Candidates, who have done 10 + 2 or UG/PG through Open Universities system directly without possessing any basic qualification, Candidates are not eligible for admission in the law courses (BBA LL B, BA LL B).

For BSc


Candidate have pass in PUC/ 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks or any Board recognized by the respective Government or other qualification recognized as equivalent same to.

Phd Programme Eligibility Criteria (all Topics)


Candidate must satisfy about below eligibility criteria before applying to Phd admission at REVA University.

Candidates must have done Masters Degree of any recognize Institution/ University or any other Degree / Diploma recognized university, with minimum 55% (50%  If applicants from SC/ST category) marks or or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or an equivalent Grade.

Candidates have to appear Ph. D. Entrance Test (PET) 2017 at REVA University.

Candidates, who are UGC-CSIR Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)/ UGC-JRF / lectureship only in the UGC/NET/SET and those candidates who have done M.Phil in respective topics, are exempted Phd entrance test from REVA University

The Foreign Nationals and NRIs candidates who have a Foreign Degree or Indian degree are also eligible from entrance test.

Registration process:

Applicants are required to entering the basic important details such as their Full Name and Date of Birth as they written in Class 10 th marks sheet, an email address etc.

Once candidates have finished the registration process a password will be generated by system and to your registered email id.

Examination Pattern


The entrance test will contain of single paper on the broad topics of PhD total of 100 marks within 3 hours of duration.

Section-2: Comprising of 25 objective type questions two marks (i.e. total of 50 marks)
