Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore will be offered applications from applicants for admission in the numerous UG and PG courses being invites at its University Teaching Departments thru Common Entrance Test (CET) for the session 2017. Interested and eligible applicants can apply as per given schedule.

MBA (e-Commerce)  5 years program, MBA (Management Science) 5 years program, M.Sc (Electronic Media) 5 years program, B.Com (Hons) 3 years program, MBA (Foreign Trade) 5 years program, B.Com (Accounting and Tax Mgmt), B.A. (Hons) – Mass Communication, B.A. LL.B (Hons) 5 years program

Group-C

M.Tech (IT) 5½ years program, MCA 6- years program, MBA (Hospital Administration) 5 years program, B.Pharm 4- years course

Group-A

Eligibility Criteria for DAVV CET 2017


The candidates awaiting their results of qualifying examination will also allowed to apply for admission but they required to produce final mark sheet of  passed examination by the  date schedule else admission will automatically be cancelled.

For admission in MBA (HA) 2-yrs course, the candidates have to submit the internship completion certificate by else admission will be automatically cancelled.

Applicants who have done their qualifying test from universities other than Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya are required to submit Eligibility Certificate issued through the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.

Application Form: How to apply?


Interested and eligible Applicants can apply online only by official portal link i.e. www.mponline.gov.in. After the home screen opens, click on ‘Citizen Services’, next Select ‘University’ & tap ‘DAVV’ icon. Fill the important details carefully and accurately. Applicants needs have to pay necessary application fee of Rs. 1550/-. The payment for application fee can be done by either cash at authorized kiosks of MP Online or by Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The entrance test will be held at Jabalpur, Jaipur, Raipur, New Delhi, Allahabad, Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, and Kolkata centers.

Examination Pattern


For courses offered after 12 th

The question papers will consist of objective type questions with multi choices. The written exam papers will be held in English medium. The candidates can opt for all the groups’ test, if eligible.

The exam paper for Group B will include 75 questions divided in the following sections.

  • English Language Comprehension
  • Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence
  • Data Interpretation
  • Quantitative Ability
  • General Awareness and Awareness of Socio-economic environment

DAVV PhD /MPhil Admission 2017: Application Form, Application Fees

The entrance exam for Group C will include overall total 75 questions as distributed follows:

Physics – 20 questions,

Chemistry –20 questions

Mathematics/Biology- 20 questions

English- 15 questions

For Group A, there will be conduct a common exam paper.

The Test paper for Group A will include total 75 questions divided equally in the below sections.

  • Quantitative Ability
  • English Language Comprehension
  • Data Interpretation
  • Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence
  • General Awareness and Awareness of Socio-economic environment

For Group D


The entrance exam for LLM will include all 75 questions in all covering the all compulsory Law topics mentioned by BCI (Bar Council of India) for the UG program.

Admission Process (DAVV Admission 2017)


The selection to various programs will be done on the basis of CET-2017 merit and as per the reservation rules and regulations of the University by counseling process.
