APTET Exam 2022 Eligibility criteria
Are You Eligible for APTET Entrance Exam?
The interested candidate’s minimum age is 18 years and not more than 40 years.
For Primary Teachers:
- The Candidates must be a citizen of India.
- Candidates should be passed Intermediate with 45% marks with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or 2 – year Diploma in Education (Special Education) or 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
For Upper Primary Teachers:
- The candidates should be passed a graduation degrees BA / B.Sc / B.Com with a minimum of 50% marks and cleared 2-year B.Ed course. Or
- 4-year program in B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed., with 50% marks, and categories candidate’s marks will be 45%. Or
- Passed Graduation with Language as Optional Subjects/ Graduation in Oriental Language, a subject Literature in graduation or Post Graduation in Language and B.Ed in respect of Language Teachers.
